Provisional admission to Foundation Course is being allowed to students who have cleared Class 10th Examination. They can register for Foundation Course before 1st January/ 1st July so as to appear in the May/ November Foundation Examination.

You can register in the CA Foundation Course till 1st July so as to appear in the November/ December Foundation Examination.

The Foundation Examinations are held in the month of May/ June and November/ December every year. 1st January/ 1st July is the cut-off date for registration for being eligible to appear in May/ June and November/ December examinations respectively.

2 papers are subjective type (Paper 1 & 2) and rest of the 2 papers are objective type (Paper 3 & 4).

Yes. Negative marking is for Papers 3 & 4 only.

A student can register in Intermediate Course before eight months of examination, if qualified for Foundation Examination or if joining through Direct Entry Route.

The Intermediate Examinations are held in the month of May and November every year. 1st September and 1st March is the cut-off date for registration for being eligible to appear in May and November Intermediate examinations respectively under the Foundation Route.

You have to register in Intermediate Course by 1st July and complete Four Weeks Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (ICITSS) and commence the Practical Training latest by 1st August to be eligible to appear for the next May examination. Through Direct Entry Route, a student can appear in Intermediate Examination after completion of 9 months of Practical Training. 

Under Direct Entry Route, a student has to commence the practical training latest by 1st August/ 1st February for being eligible to appear in May/ November examinations respectively.

After passing either or both groups of Intermediate Examination and successfully completing Four Weeks Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (ICITSS), you can commence Practical Training

Immediately after registering for Intermediate Course and successful completion of Four Weeks Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (ICITSS), you can commence Practical Training.

After passing either or both groups of Intermediate Examination and successfully completing Four Weeks Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (ICITSS), you can commence Practical Training.

You can appear for the Final Examination during the last six months of Practical Training and after successfully completing Four Weeks Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (Advanced ICITSS) along with qualifying Advanced IT examination.

After qualifying IPCC Examinations in May, 2021, you will have to register in the Final Course under the revised scheme only as the old scheme has been discontinued for fresh registrations since July 1, 2017.

ICITSS (OC & ITT) is a combination of Orientation Course (OC) and Information Technology Training (ITT). Advanced ICITSS (MCS & Adv. ITT) is a combination of Management and Communication Skills (MCS) and Advanced Information Technology Training (Advanced ITT). 

ICITSS and Advanced ICITSS are of 4 weeks each.

Like ITT and OC, ICITSS is also to be completed before commencing Practical Training for both the routes.

Anytime during last 2 years of Practical Training but, compulsorily before appearing for Final Examination under revised scheme/ before applying for Membership of ICAI under old scheme.

The Board of Studies will provide study material both for ICITSS and Advanced ICITSS.

The students will get a certificate from the concerned Programme Organizing Unit (POU) after successful completion of the course.
