In order to get registered with IAI, one must clear the Actuarial Common Entrance Test, commonly known as ACET. The exam is usually conducted twice a year. It is a 100 marks online MCQ based examination of 3 hours. Like other Common Entrance Tests, ACET too tests a candidate’s numerical, comprehension and reasoning skills.

Vandita Sarda is currently a 3rd year B. Com (Hons) student at St. Xaviers’ College, Kolkata. She was the ACET June 2021 Topper and has cleared 6 actuarial papers. Having cleared her Intermediate in November 2020, she is now a CA Finalist as well.
