Analyst / Sr. Analyst / Manager to join Pricing Team at HDFC Life.

Responsibilities:
1. Developing new innovative products & products which would exploit natural synergies
2. Performing regular experience analysis and re-pricing of schemes where required
3. Performing market research & competition analysis
4. Managing & assisting with the process of pricing & filing products
5. Assessing the profitability & competitiveness of existing products & enhancing the same through refilings/minor modifications.
6. Maintaining adequate documentation of processes and results

Requirements
1. Have at least 3 years work experience in actuarial domain preferably in life insurance
2. Cleared at least 5 actuarial papers
3. Good working knowledge of excel and VBA. Knowledge of DCS/Prophet would be an added advantage.
4. Have an analytical inclination
5. Good communication skills and be able to clearly present recommendations to seniors in the department
6. A team player and have good interpersonal skills
