If you are sitting an IFoA examination through another association, you will receive joining instructions by email. This information will include how to create and verify your details on the exam platform and how to complete the essential exam platform equipment checks. If you do not receive this email, then please contact IFoA at examsupport@actuaries.org.uk no later than seven working days before the exam is due to begin. If you contact them less than seven working days before your exam you may not have enough time to complete the relevant checks and you may be unable to sit the exam.
