IFoA Examination Refund Policy:
Before Registration Closes: A refund is available after deducting a 10% administrative fee and applicable bank charges.
After Registration Closes: Refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as illness or family bereavement, with valid supporting documents.
If Approved: A 25% administrative fee and applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
Important: Refunds after registration closes are not guaranteed and are subject to IFoA approval. Requests should be submitted promptly within the prescribed deadline.
