Position- Senior Executive/ Junior Manager/Assistant Manager in the Reinsurance team

Key Requirements:
-At least 2 years of work experience in a Life Insurance/Reinsurance company in Reinsurance admin profile.
-Role requires a very good understanding of RENOVA software.
-Hands on Experience in Oracle SQL (or PL/SQL) & MS Excel.
-Candidates having sound knowledge of reinsurance treaties will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
➢ Administration and calculation of monthly reinsurance premium through RENOVA.
➢ Input data and output validation and Bordereaux preparation. Regularly reviewing data quality in core systems and reinsurance admin systems, implementing effective control measures to minimize errors proactively.
➢ Analyzing root cause of incorrect premiums and reporting to development in case of bugs.
➢ Setting up of new products and treaties into RENOVA and evaluating updates to the production environment to ensure smooth operations.
➢ Providing support to internal departments regarding reinsurance audits, accounting matters, and compliance. Co-ordinating with different department such as Finance, Claims, IT and underwriting for any Reinsurance related queries.
➢ Managing reinsurance accounting processes, reconciling financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
➢ Compiling regulatory and financial reports at quarterly and annual intervals, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
➢ Working on PL/SQL codes to automate the manual activities, data fetching or manipulating as per the Business requirement.
