Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Actuarial professionals to join Grant Thornton Bharat LLP in a full-time hybrid role. This position will leverage analytical skills to provide actuarial consulting services, with opportunities for collaboration and communication with stakeholders in the insurance and finance sectors. While primarily based in Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, and Bangalore, we offer flexibility for remote work.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of actuarial experience in Pensions
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and VBA; familiarity with R, Power BI, or Python is advantageous
• Strong time management skills and a proactive approach to training and delivery
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
• Cleared a few actuarial papers or hold equivalent higher education qualifications
• Experience working under stringent deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Other Requirements 

• In-depth knowledge of pension or PRM and actuarial fundamentals
• Experience with actuarial valuation tools
• Supporting the transition of new services/geographies and managing ongoing operations
• Expertise in annuity/pension valuations with strong actuarial fundamentals
