Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Actuarial professionals to join Grant Thornton Bharat LLP in a full-time hybrid role. This position will leverage analytical skills to provide actuarial consulting services, with opportunities for collaboration and communication with stakeholders in the insurance and finance sectors. While primarily based in Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, and Bangalore, we offer flexibility for remote work.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of actuarial experience in Life
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and VBA; familiarity with R, Power BI, or Python is advantageous
• Strong time management skills and a proactive approach to training and delivery
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
• Cleared a few actuarial papers or hold equivalent higher education qualifications
• Experience working under stringent deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Other Requirements 

• Working knowledge of actuarial valuation of life insurance
• Experience in developing and improving actuarial valuation models and new tools
• Support in auditing life insurers
• Designing, building, and testing new models for clients
• Assisting with process transformation for life insurers
