Financial & Strategic Management is part of the CA Intermediate Group 2 curriculum. It develops students’ understanding of financial management concepts along with the strategic aspects involved in managing and making business decisions.
Topics Included
The course covers two key areas — Financial Management and Strategic Management — as prescribed under CA Intermediate Group 2.
Exam Pattern
CA Intermediate examinations are conducted three times a year – January, May and September, with candidates having the option to appear group-wise or for both groups together.
Passing Marks
Minimum 40% in each subject and 50% aggregate per group, with exemption available at 60% or above in a subject, as applicable.
