Responsibilities :

• Support the team manager to drive effective business outcomes and SLA delivery
• Building knowledge and capability to deliver more complex and non-standard tasks independently
• Lead and support non-standard project work
• Effective/Accurate reporting of key metrics and business reviews with relevant stakeholders
• Stakeholder management, timely response to all requests received from all stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills Provide data backed recommendations to support decision making
• Eye for detail and good mathematical skills for data sets with large volume of benefits/numbers
• Flexibility and adaptability as the role will demand to switch between tasks and work on urgent ad-hoc requests
• Quick thinking and decision making will be put to test each day

Requirements :

• Student of Actuarial sciences who has cleared minimum of 1 to 2 papers Pensions especially Defined Benefits knowledge which will be instrumental in your career as student of Actuarial sciences
• Good analytical, planning and organizational skills
• Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word). (Must have)
• No prior work experience is required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work with large quantities of data with limited oversight
• Good communication, collaboration and people skills
